Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of missjesus.best and any purchase of digital art, e-signed and NFT-minted, sold by MJ International / MissJesus ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a piece, you agree to these Terms.

1. The works

Each piece is a digital artwork, e-signed by the artist and minted as a non-fungible token (NFT) on a public blockchain. You purchase: (a) the digital file(s), (b) the associated NFT, and (c) a personal license as described in section 3.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, mispricing, or legal restriction. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

3. License granted to the collector

You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, personal license to display the artwork privately and on personal social profiles, and to resell the NFT together with the file. You do not receive copyright. The following are not permitted:

  • Commercial exploitation (merchandise, advertising, films, AI training datasets)
  • Modifying or creating derivative works without written permission
  • Minting additional copies on any blockchain

All rights not expressly granted remain with the artist.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by download link and/or transfer to the wallet address you provide at checkout. Blockchain confirmation times are outside our control.

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds

See our Refund Policy. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery has begun with your express prior consent.

6. Editions & authenticity

Edition size is fixed at mint. The blockchain record is the canonical proof of authenticity. If a file is lost, we may, at our discretion, re-issue it to the verified holder of the NFT.

7. Prohibited use of the site

  • No scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering
  • No infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights
  • No use of the site for illegal purposes

8. Disclaimers

Cryptocurrencies and NFTs are volatile. We make no representation about future value. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the piece in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of MJ International's registered seat (to be confirmed). Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
