Refund Policy

Because every MissJesus piece is a digital artwork — delivered as a file and minted as an NFT on a public blockchain — this policy is different from a physical goods policy. Please read it carefully before you purchase.

1. Right of withdrawal — digital content

Under EU and UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your express prior consent. At checkout you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after payment;
  • You expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the digital file and NFT.

2. When we do offer refunds

  • Failed mint: if the NFT fails to mint and cannot be reissued.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchase reported within 24 hours, provided the file has not been downloaded and the NFT has not been transferred.
  • Material defect in the file we cannot correct within 14 days of report.
  • Order canceled by us (mispricing, suspected fraud, legal restriction).

3. How to request a refund

Email info@missjesus.best with your order number, wallet address (if any), and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Network/gas fees and non-refundable processor fees may be deducted where applicable.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and, if the work has already been delivered and the NFT transferred, may be disputed with the card network.

6. Resale

Resale on the secondary market is between the buyer and seller; we are not a party and do not issue refunds for secondary sales.
