MissJesus & MJ International ("we", "us", "our") respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Account & order data: name, email, billing/shipping address, phone (optional).
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
- Wallet & NFT data: public blockchain address you provide for minting/transfer.
- Usage data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, referring URL.
- Messages: what you send via contact, press, or wholesale forms.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- Contract: to process orders, deliver digital art and NFTs, provide support.
- Legitimate interest: to secure the site, prevent fraud, improve the experience.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw any time).
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering rules.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the service:
- Hosting & infrastructure providers
- Payment processor (e.g. Stripe / Shopify Payments)
- E-commerce platform (Shopify)
- NFT minting infrastructure (blockchain transactions are public by design)
- Email and analytics providers
We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some processors are located outside the EU/UK. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
Order records: kept for the period required by tax law (typically 7–10 years). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Support messages: up to 3 years. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by design.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have CCPA rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale/share" (we do neither).
